Accounting Overview

Double-entry bookkeeping, financial reports, and bank reconciliation.

The Accounting module is optional. Enable it in Settings → Module Settings.

Invo's accounting module gives you proper double-entry bookkeeping without needing separate software. Track transactions, manage expenses, run financial reports, and reconcile your bank accounts.

  2. 2

    Review your chart of accounts

Invo sets up a default chart of accounts. Customize it under Accounting → Accounts.

  3. 3

    Record your first transaction

Start with Accounting → Transactions or Expenses depending on what you need to record.
